When we were waiting to start the workout, I quick ran off into the woods to crap and everyone started while I was gone. I then proceeded to bust it for the first couple to catch up about 200 meters to about where I normally would run. I felt pretty good for a couple more, and then my stomach issues returned. I had to make another trip to the woods and finished the workout as a vagabond wandering between groups. I had to stop in my cooldown at Fribley to go again. By this point, I just gave up and ran back to Veale. I ate about as conservatively as possible before the workout, so I definitely have some sort of virus.
