Morning Run

Well Coach, I took your advice. I got up at 7 this morning, worked out, then went for a run. It was absolutely beautiful. My legs were a little sore but overall they felt good. My hip started to act up again, so I stretched it good before and after. I ran almost all of my run on either the turf field or the trails. And I am getting really pumped for Saturday!
