Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Another 2 miles today at around 7:00 pace. Felt solid, no serious shin issues, just some minor brief soreness. Followed it up with 40 minutes on the bike and some core work.

Sweated a TON. My shirt was drenched. Don't know if it was the humidity or lack of ventilation or what, but I was dripping.
