I know that you all are gonna call me a pansy for running inside but in my defence I did hear on the radio it was supposed to hail out so in the intrest of not having chunks of ice fall on me while tempoing I went inside to the treadmill. This also took down the humidity and heat some too although I sweated a lot by the end. Felt good probably better than my first one 2 weeks ago. Was feeling good enough to kick the pace up a bit at the end which was encouraging. Afterward I felt as if my legs are what are holding me back not my cardio which is also a good thing although I can remember feeling this at some workouts during track last year. Maybe I need to be sleeping more. Also I'm pretty sure that this is the fastest tempo I've ever done and my heartrate was right where it should have been. This was definitly a confidence boost for me.
Workout: 4 miles at 5:45 then the last at 5:30 just for kicks.
Time is exact cuz it was on a treadmill. Heartrate after mid to low 170's
