ran with the guys today, still no lavallee.  short loop in the woods for a warm up, then 3 sets of 2 hills (from arena to upper sign and all around again) with some push ups/sit ups in between sets.  then a few laps of indian runs and finally down to the woods and back for a cool down.  threw in a very short all out sprint by one of those traffic cam things that tells u ur speed, i got around 19 mph, woot!  a pretty good day considering apps and i were running the hills together and quite frankly killing them.  guesstimated a little with the mileage
