got up earlier today and wanted to go a bit long (around 7 at the start) but didnt feel very good and was lucky to get what i did. just kinda looped around a bit, legs are tight from yesterday but didnt have time to stretch enough (you really gotta get on that stretching thing) so hopefully soon ill get crackin. felt ok at parts but a lot i had to really push hard to get through
