Exercise Type: Run

Thought I took it easy, but I ran this in 44 minutes. Whoops.
R Calf is still bothersome. During the run I can feel almost nothing. All day I almost never felt anything except for the occasional twinge every now and then, and even then, it was hard to distinguish between pain and paranoia. Didn't really seem to get better or worse throughout the run, just barely noticed some tightness.
After the run it was tight. It hurts like a mofo when I try to foam roll it. Icing again. I also did a ton of prone press ups just in case.
