Comments:
I had a meeting with Coach this morning and made surprisingly few changes to what I am doing. Afterward, I went swimming with a heart rate moniter to determine if swimming is worthwile. After a rough half hour full of equiptment issues, the verdict was that it was worthwhile. I swam absolutely awful at the beginning. I decided to throw a 100 IM in there and actually felt better afterward.
