Comments:
R Calf feels close to 100% again. I guess these couple of easy days and the day off helped a lot more than I was hoping for. We'll see how it holds up next week after the mileage gets ramped back up.
I was up late last night and I got up kind of early so I was kind of exhausted on this run. Still, I split a 3:15 800M on the transitway. I guess 6:20-6:40 is 'easy' pace now.
