Weather: Hot As Balls
Comments:
Stoney run trail to Gilman track, mile barefoot, and back. Weather still sucks, and had made an easy run get pretty tough towards the end. Still negative splitted the run. Knees were a little sore, but I'm getting new shoes, and seeing the PT tomorrow so hopefully that helps.
