Was not too bad - I think I could have cut a lot of time off that run but did not want to overdo it. Tomorrow is a long run of 7 miles (since I am skipping the 5 K that was on the schedule).
I hit 76 miles of training today (last year I ran 104 miles before the 1/2 marathon - I will hit that next week :)this year I should log about 260 - I am betting that i will do better :) or hurt my self training for it:(
