Did a fartlek cause i didn't feel ready for the tempo scheduled for this week. I haven't really done any workouts yet because I've been racing.

2 min ON and 3 min OFF. Was strong for most of it except whenI hit a big hill about 4 miles in. Was fast on the ON and OFF sections.
