SUPER-EASY morning at work: litrally like 3 patients. Run: TIRED. Nice and easy. Nice out.
It’s SO easy to take for granted this weather — sunny, warm, and dry — compared to the mega-humidity of home. Really, on 95% of all Oregon summer days, you can run 10-12 miles at any time of day and be fairly comfortable.
