Long in the heat and hills

Weather: Humid and hot towards the end

Comments:
Ran this on trails and around the state park. The first 15 were pretty good and then things just knda went down hill fast from there. Was shotting for 18 but cut out the last mile because I was really tired and dehydrated. The hills killed me. This run was way more hilly than anything I haev done in a long time. I'll make up for it tomorrow.
