The Workout
4x12_0 with a 4 minute recovery at the top of Reservoir Hill
I think it was a little longer than 1200 but not positive. Starting out I wasn't into it at all, I just wanted to jog them all, didn't want to be there. The first one I took easy and did in 4:06, then I picked it up. Even though I was still not going as hard as I could (although I did get more into it once I got going) I think it was the fastest I've ever done that loop. Pretty sure I normally average around low 4's for it. Ran my last one with Bret and meant to be going slower but wound up moving the same pace, running wider, and talking to him for a little bit. My splits were:
