Comments:
5 mile tempo, start easy 8-10 min pace and then pick it up with last mile @9:20. Tom picked me up & put me up 1/2 mile with Jenn & told me to stay on her but I couldn't. Back at track did workout(4xhigh kicks & such) stretched & done.
