4K 3K 2K 1K
My legs are tired! They were feeling sore during the warmup and I was tired from the beginning of the 4K. But it was a great workout and Morgan pushed me on the 4K and 3K! I was glad we ran too fast on those, because I sometimes feel it's more valuable to do well on the longer distances. I was dying on that last K! I wish I could have pushed myself a little more, if I was with someone I may have been able to.
Messed up the end but figured out the approximate time and distance.
