Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Biked to Grant to run, normal Chateau loop to Chenonceaux. Saw Coach Sycks twice while running. I miss that guy. My shins were on fire when I started this run, but they calmed down after I ran awhile. Need to keep an eye on it. Tried to stick to tree lawns when possible. I thought this was 5, but upon mapping I realized that normally my Indian Mound stop in calculated into that but I didn't stop today. I was going to do strides after I finished but ended up talking to Katie and Kearns for awhile after and was pretty tight, so I just rode home.
