1800m @ 7:43; 1600m @ 6:38 (time was wrong on coach's email - at least i'm pretty sure - I remember getting under 6:40); 1400m @ 5:52 (slow but I really fought back this time and caught up to Lauren M); 800m in 3:12 (not good!)
