Since my watch died at Mohecian I just ran this. I'm pretty sure its the same effort and time wise as I was doing before camp. I'm ordering a new watch today so hopefully I won't go too much longer without time info. Did strides after. I was only going to do 4 but at the end my legs felt so good that I did two more. It feels good to stride out again and feel some speed.
