Comments:
another early morning workout. 3:53, 3:52, 3:52, 3:47. 1 minute between intervals. I went out think I was under pace on the first 200 and came through in 41. It is just so hard to get your legs moving so early in the morning. I closed the last lap pretty hard and felt like I good a good effort for the intervals.
