Comments:
WU to Mayfield Hills, partly with Matt Kamalsky (random but cool).
10*300m hills with Tim & Dan, 8th and 9th splits were @ :66.
CD around campus and to House 6, cut it short because I realized my car had been parked in 15 minute parking for over 2 hours without receiving a parking violation.

kinda tired for this workout, but since we were probably averaging between :66-:67, that's alright I guess. definitely want to increase the amount of repetitions to 12+ next Wednesday, depending on how I feel after my race Sunday.
