Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Kept the run very easy and tried to do multiple small loops close to home so I could get back if the heat got too intense of if my R leg acted up. Heat wasn't too bad because of the 20 MPH wind, I kept it slow and I took several water stops. R Calf was great. I don't get this thing.
