Comments:
Really sore all over from yesterdays mileage, not used to it. Wanted to do something faster to get my legs turning over, ran 2 miles hard then 2.5 mile cool down. 2 miler went much worse than normal, legs started to burn about 1/2 mile in, really died in the second mile (splits 6:15, 6:48) felt even worse during cooldown, tomorrows another day.
