Comments:
Drove to Harding so I didn't have to do all of this on pavement, and my shins appreciated it. Started on the course and did the first loop after starting by the track, out for a Blockbuster, and finished with the front loop and the back side of the course. Did strides on the soccer field, and the grass on that thing felt awesome, even in shoes. So springy. I felt pretty good overall.
