Comments:
we went up to spencer crest and first ran the race course, which was in pretty good shape, and then we stretched, and went on a very long sorta slow run that i enjoyed a lot.felt pretty good. not sure the exact mileage on the second part. when we got back, i did 8 barefoot striders that felt great
