I guess the most noticeable thing is that I am desperately lacking speed. I felt good, although sleep deprived and mentally out-of-it, but I sort of felt like I was running in cement. I'm not really sure I tried that hard today and, until the last repeat, didn't have my head in the game. I need to get more sleep from now on because I can control that and need to do a better job.
