Weather: 80, nice
Comments:
A little trashy (L thigh) and TIRED, but not a bad noon run. Was NOT in the mood for 200s, but I did 3 anyway. And fairly fast, too: 31s x3. Focused on "shin drive" -- presumably the last remaining link to the "perfect stride". Felt good on those, but I pulled the plug after 3 simply due to fatigue.
