Weather: overcast but humid
Comments:
Started out feeling pretty sluggish. Did about 7:30 pace for the first 6 miles, 7:15 average for the middle 8, 7:00 average for the next 4, then increased from about 6:30 to a 5:35 for the final mile on the track. Felt good in the end; a bit beat-up, but wanting to go more. Wanted to swim afterwards, but the pool was CLOSED!
