felt good finally, i ate a cheeseburger and a potatoe and had lots of water before the run and it actually helped a lot! put in 6 surges during the run wioth cartwright tim and shaun kurkoba. we were doing the 2 mile loop at community park and i did one loop barefoot and felt great
