Comments:
Ran a warm up with the team before their hill workout. Track down tower road to east ave. along beebe lake to the trail to mann library and then back to the track. felt decent. I think its time to start strengthening and getting back to running. Ckell's log yesterday got me really amped up. I was beginning to doubt why I wanted to run. I realized that my body really needed a break, but my mind did not want to take one...
