Comments:
Warmed up down Clinton around Chatfield, came back and did drills and stretched.

Out on Campbell and back, splits were right where I wanted them but my legs were really tired a mile and a half in. Kept going and was glad I did, felt pretty strong most of the time.

Cooled down shorter as a precaution because my stomach was bothering me.

5:46, 5:45, 5:44, 5:36

HR was 180-185 at the finish.

Static 3, Army PT test style pushups and abs with my dad timing and counting, would not have passed the pushups but I would have the situps. Need to work on that.
