Long Run

Weather: Not bad for this time of day

Comments:
Started the run at around 10:15. Down to Gilman through Stoney run. Feeling pretty good and even went through the first mile in around 6:50, but then started to feel the workout from yesterday and the mileage a bit. Started to feel a little off around the 3rd mile, but not too bad. Ran 1.5 miles on the track averaging 6:33. Started out really comfortable and ended up progressing down to around 6:20 pace. Took it pretty easy on the way back, and never felt like I was running out of gas. Really sore.
