So this run was kinda an up and down run. Started out running with Stu Josh and Tyler running kinda slow. After the first mile they decided that it was too fast and slowed down so I went on my own for the rest of the run. I feel slightly bad about leaving Stu and I haven't run with him in a long time, but Josh and Tyler wouldn't shut up about how there gonna beat me in everything this year. I know I shouldn't let this get under my skin but it does. This probably led me to keep a pretty fast pace the rest of the run. I guess I lied when I said it was up and down. The only real down part was when I caught a cramp with about 3.5 miles to go from drinking too much water at the White house on the way back. I guess there can't be many down parts when (outside of the first mile when I ran with the other guys) the slowest mile of an 18 miler is 6:28
Splits: 6:54, 6:13, 6:16, 6:28, 6:02 (short), 6:51 (long), 6:07, 6:13, 6:09, 5:53 (took a streach break at the turn around with probably gave me a little extra pep), 6:10, 6:01, 6:50 (long), 5:44 (short), 6:07, 6:04, 6:03, 5:53
Legs feel tired now but its a good tired. The last mile was kinda faster because I just wanted to stop faster at that point
Half assed streaches, roll, Ice bath (22lbs still isn't enough)
