Sore from yesterday but said fuck it, wanted to do some speed work. 6:21, 6:28, 6:37, 6:54 with 5 minutes rest in between each one. Definitely not the best mile repeats workout of the summer to say the least, hopefully by tomorrow my aerobic system will be back to the way it was before i took off. Might go out later tonight and do a 2 miler or something,
