Mile 1 - 8:45
That was frustrating because I thought that I was flying - sub 8:00 pace.
Mile 2 - 8:42
Uphill - I was OK with that one but thought thatI had plenty of gas to cut the 3rd mile to at least 8:30.
Mile 3: 8:10
tired but felt good (if I did not have another 1/2 I could have sprinted at the end)
Mile 3.53: 8:10 pace
started slow but sprinted at the end to get there.
Felt very good today - I feel the improvement!
