I ran easy 5.3 miles. felt good. felt some shin pain , but iced after. i did lots of drills and stretched a lot after. GOOD WEEK!
I accomplished my goal of 60-65miles per week this summer. Now next week's goal is to keep it 50-55miles. no more no less.
