Bike path Minutes workout

Weather: 50s, nice

Comments:
“Minutes Workout” on the bike path — same as two weeks ago (1-2-3-2-1). Wasn’t any faster than the first time, but it felt better. There’s definitely some neuromuscular fatigue — the inability to “get going faster” — but I felt really strong today. 5:15 pace on the “on”…around 5:45 on the off. I’d be much happier with 5:00 and 6:00, respectively.
