Comments:
Slept in, sort of, then went to WinCo before running. It was overcast and cool for most of the morning, which was nice, so it was still considerably cool at 10 when I went.

Tired and a little trashy to begin with so I kept it easy (7:00) for 3 miles before getting on the bike path and slowly lowering. By the time I was looping back I was effortlessly into 6:20s, which was nice, but unnecessary. Slowed it to 6:40s-7 in the last mile+.

Pretty darn good post-PCT run.
