Weather: 80 degrees and 90% humidity
Comments:
warmed up a 1 mile+ measuring the course. Then did 400 hard, then jogged 160m, then 560 meters, 2 min. rec. jog, 1130m hard, 3 min. rec. jog, 1750m hard, 4 min. rec. jog, 1130m hard, 3 min. rec. jog, 560m hard, 1 mile easy cool down. I was pretty tight, but got thru it!
