Dynamics,run to Oriole,left on Cardinal to corner of Eastwood & Cardinal. Run down path to Rogersville(1 mile) 90 sec. Break ,then back. Should be 9 min. Pace. Then half mile down and back @9:10. Back to Racine and stretch. Another rough one!
