Comments:
This run actually went a lot better than I though it was going to considering the amount of sleep I got last night. Same course as normal for my 9 miles. Just chilled. I need to streach and roll. I haven't for a couple days since I've been doing stuff and I can definitly tell that I'm missing it. Sad part is that I won't be able to do it again tomorrow because I'm going out to dinner pretty much right after my run. So thats sad. I was talking with Cindy about this at Mohican: Sometimes its the runs that you feel terrible on that give you the most confidence.
