Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
So...since I raced on sunday I pushed my long run to this morning before work...which worked out fine and I just went into work a bit late.
I ran down Burton Windsor, to Hale, to Durkee, to 608..and then I got on the bike path for about 2.75 miles and then headed back. I just discovered recently that this Durkee road connects to a road I run on onften and comes pout right near the bike path..very convienent. Anyway, it was cloudy, but humid and I had a good run.
