water tower and back

got to the fun run late. started at bartels and ran out to the water tower in the plantations and back. felt fine while running, I was actually surprised. afterward I definitely felt sore and my knee kinda stung. Lots of stretching and rolling on my own. still in a recovery phase. got to strengthen my hip. I should probably start running without the brace also.
