My groin was still rather sore, especially when I started. We kept the hills reasonably easy, talking for most of it. My knee was feeling much better than last week. My breathing was doing reasonably well, but my legs did still feel dead. All in all, I did appreciate finishing off my hill workouts for the summer feeling much better in the last one than the first.
