Weather: Same as yesterday except more humid

Comments:
Really sore from yesterday especially in the quads, felt slow pretty much the entire practice. 1.32 miler that Gene had us do (which contained some decent hills) was shit on my part..just couldn't go faster. Then he had us run a .22 mile loop three times during a relay. Hopefully tomorrow will be better, probably doing distance than back to speedwork.
