Haha that haiku was for you Naomi, good job! I was a little bummed that I couldn't motivate myself on the 800 fly and that I was thinking about the 800 fly too much on the last 1800. Break it up, girl! I think I should do strides to make myself faster. Or do some weights - my arms weren't pushing me much. Lauren Brady told me good job and that it's hard to run on your own - oh well. I am glad I hit my times!! And I didn't get lost trying to find my way around the tree or anything like that. :-)
