Comments:
Ran right after work because I had dinner plans later. Since I was in a hurry I started going out way too fast. My first 3 miles were well south of 18 minnutes. I felt pretty bad at that point. SO for the next 3 miles I tried to get myself to slow down which kinda worked untill I got to a long downhill which kinda ruined things. It wasn't till I took a pitstop at about mile 6 that I was aable to get back to a reasonable pace. Needless to say a little bit too fast for this one and I didn't feel good at all.
