This was my best tempo and first good tempo of the year. Grogan pushed the last mile and Chris and I came with him. I felt like speeding up during most of the first five miles instead of slowing down. The last mile didn't feel too good. I felt some lactic acid in my legs afterward, which is really odd and shows just how little speed I have right now. However, this was a really good day no matter how you look at it.
