Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
I arrived late because I had a test. I ran alone for about 2.5 miles and then turned around with Mark, Tim, Dave and Alex who had ran to the 3 mile mark. I went out really fast alone, first mile was 5:30! I had to stop and stretch at the 2.5 mark because my shin muscle on my left leg was so tight, almost like it was cramping, weird. Running back wasn't too bad. I worked hard coming back the last two miles after Coach told Mark and I to lead the group. We ran 5:30s and then a 5:20 on the last two miles.
